Reefer: temperature and timing
Reefer loads come with more details: a set temperature, continuous or cycle mode, appointment times, and sometimes pulp checks at pickup. Produce and frozen freight run on tight windows.
Before you approve a reefer load, you’ll see the temperature and appointment details, so there are no surprises at the dock.
