Car hauler dispatch
Car hauler dispatch
Reliable brokers and dealerships to keep your trailer full — and you approve every load before it’s booked.
Why car hauling is different
A car hauler makes money when every spot is full. One empty slot on a long run eats into the whole trip, so the job is to build full loads — several vehicles going the same direction — and line up the next ones before you unload.
Vehicles come from dealerships, auctions, rental fleets and private customers. Pickup windows, inspections at pickup and delivery, and keys and paperwork are part of every load.
How we dispatch car haulers
Your dispatcher works with reliable brokers and dealerships to fill your trailer and keep it full on the way back. They learn your trailer, how many vehicles you carry and where you like to run.
Our back office handles broker setups, paperwork and accounting. You get paid by ACH as soon as the customer confirms delivery.
